Before both of these videos, AJ did the army crawl--time to baby proof!! He started getting really frustrated because he couldn't get to his toy (and maybe because Adam, Lauren and I were just watching him and not helping.) He moved a little bit, but nothing compared to before we got to him with the camera! Enjoy :)

annnnnd here's some more from our little faker...

Good times with Aunt Lo!

Aunt Lauren came to visit this weekend!

She was put to work right away!!

Headed to the park!

First time in the swings at the park!! Not too sure about it at first...

but...HE LOVES IT!!

WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

We're outta here...

Back at home, relaxing with Dad! The park sure wears you out!

Playing with Aunt Lo's hats and taking her deodorant out of her bag.

Aunt Lo had the magic touch to get this fussy boy to sleep!

Playdate with Padraic

AJ had his first playdate on Saturday. Our friends, Ashlee, Matt and their son, Padraic (who is one month younger than AJ) came over for an afternoon of hockey, football and fun! AJ had a hard time "sharing" his toys at first, but got the hang of it after awhile.

This will definitely not be the last time you see these two boys together!!

AJ: Well, if YOU aren't going to play with it...

then, I will!!

WAIT!! I thought you DIDN'T want to play with it???

Padraic was tired and wanted to cuddle!

Fun and Games at Liggett

Adam, AJ and I went to the school Adam teaches at (University Liggett) on Friday afternoon to watch some high school baseball, softball, soccer and lacrosse games. AJ really enjoyed himself!

Give me that camera, Mom!!

The afternoon completely wiped him out!

Uh oh!! We walked through mud (without knowing, of course) and this is what happened to Adam's pants!

I received this "message in a bottle" bridal shower invitation and AJ loves to play with it!

Finally, a little sunshine!!

A beautiful, warm day can only mean one thing--a walk to the Village for some fresh air and good food!

Hmm...what should I eat??? This is such a hard decision.

Oh, oh, oh, I know! I'll have...

The STAR!! Yummy!

AJ started getting a little fussy at dinner. This is what he looked like once we got home...

and this is what he looked like after he stopped throwing a fit and finally went to sleep!!

By the way--he usually sleeps with his head towards the TOP of the crib, opposite of the blanket...

White Sox vs. Tigers on TV

Adam came home from school the other day and the White Sox were playing the Tigers, so AJ and Dad had some "baseball bonding" time. I caught them sitting the EXACT same way on the coach. Like father, like son!

Adam is explaining who is up to bat for the Tigers. I believe he also said "AJ, we can't let Mommy make you a White Sox fan--it's Detroit Tigers all the way, okay?"

But what Adam doesn't know, is that during the day I tell him the EXACT opposite, "Good guys wear black!!" So, as you can see from the above picture, AJ was very upset that the White Sox lost that game!!

AJ recieved some new pajamas from his Aunt Annette and Uncle Mike for Easter! Thank you! By the way, we are still working on his camera poses. Out of 12, this is the only one that came out decent.

My blue-eyed boy! :)

Just playing around

He makes such a mess during dinner and really enjoys it!

Trying to eat his toes.

When I change his diaper, I always ask AJ to hold the clean one. He holds onto it for a second and then...

he puts it over his face and plays peek-a-boo!!

Happy after getting his diaper changed.

Playing with his hockey puck. We're not forcing sports on him or anything...

Maggie loves AJ, she's always giving him kisses!
